The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and [company name] ("Gazoz"). Using the service means agreeing to them and to the privacy policy. The service is for people aged 18 and over.
Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for your password and the devices signed in to your account. One free trial per phone number; trying to get around that (duplicate accounts, virtual numbers) lets us cancel the credits or close the account.
Credits, plans and packs
Every take costs credits, and the price is shown before you press Generate. A take that fails or is blocked is not charged. Credits you buy in a pack never expire. Trial credits last 30 days, and a plan’s credits last until the end of its month. Credits from promotions and from inviting friends last as stated when you get them.
Prices are in shekels and include VAT. A plan renews every month until you cancel. Cancel with one click in Settings: billing stops and the plan stays on until the end of the paid period. A failed renewal is retried after one, three and five days, then the plan pauses.
Cancelling under the Consumer Protection Law: you may cancel a purchase within 14 days, and we refund the share of credits you have not used, less a cancellation fee as the law allows. Unlimited weeks, lasting beta-code discounts and invite rewards follow the terms shown with them, and may change or end with notice.
Your content
What you upload and make is yours, to the extent the law recognises ownership of such content. You let us use it only to run the service for you. We do not use it to train models.
Results are labelled as made with AI, by a label and inside the file. Do not remove the label to pass them off as real photographs.
What is not allowed
You may not make or upload: sexual content of a real person, any sexual content involving minors, content that impersonates a real person to mislead, incitement, harassment, or content that infringes others’ rights. You may upload someone else’s face only with their permission.
We block such content automatically and by review, and may suspend an account that breaks these rules. You can report content from any result, and we handle every report.
The service
AI models can be wrong, and a result can be inaccurate. The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available, and its state is shown at any time on the status page.
Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months, to the extent the law allows.
Law and courts
Israeli law governs this agreement, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
